Xanh has been a success story from the day the doors opened at their original location. The name is prounounced almost like the english word “sun” and depending on context or intonation can mean green, blue or fresh in Vietnamese.
The two sisters who run the front of house, Amanda and Jade, manage a bustling establishment that enjoys a full house almost every night of the week. Their mother is the chef, whose delightful creations are fresh and original.
The chic decor draws its inspiration from the restaurant’s name, featuring lots of blue and green, and a large, comfy lounge area.
