Come join your friends and neighbors to celebrate the Indian Festival of Lights by drawing a rangoli on the sidewalks at Mercy Bush Park. October 16th. 3pm -5pm.
Every year around this time, Diwali or the Festival of Lights is celebrated by enjoying time together with friends and family and decorating houses with glowing lamps and ornate ancient folk art known as rangoli.
We’ll be gathering Sunday, October 16, 2022 from 3pm-5pm at Mercy Bush Park for a mini celebration.
All materials needed will be provided, such as chalk for drawing, battery tealights, and various rangoli patterns for inspiration.
Free for all ages.
