Meet your neighbors and enjoy a taste of Scratch.  Downtown’s elegant new regional-American restaurant has already generated press and online acclaim.  Scratch will welcome the neighborhood Tuesday, April 5, from 6:30-8:30PM at 401 Castro.  The remarkable half-price “happy hour” deal (described in the restaurant profile below) will be extended to us for this special event.
