The community was invited to a zoom On May 11, 2022, where the Greystar team presented its proposal to redevelop the site located at 749 W. El Camino Real, Mountain View. The proposal includes a new Chase Bank on the corner, a public plaza, neighborhood-serving retail facing El Camino Real, and a new apartment community consistent with Mountain View’s vision for the El Camino Real corridor.
The developer, Greystar, plans to submit a formal proposal to the city any time now.
