The proposed changes below were presented at Dec 2, 2024 general meeting. The changes will be voted on in the January 27, 2025 meeting.
Update: THE BYLAW UPDATES WERE APPROVED AT THE January 27, 2025 meeting.
Two types of changes in the bylaws are proposed:
- Textual Corrections – Adjustments to refine and clarify existing text.
- Additional At-Large Positions – The proposal includes adding two optional at-large positions to the steering committee. These positions aim to broaden access and provide the community with greater opportunities for participation.
The two at-large positions will be optional.
