To all Old Mountain View residents and property owners,
The Old Mountain View Neighborhood Association will host an outreach meeting for a revised proposal of the Marwood development at (701-727 West Evelyn Ave).
The site is on the south side of West Evelyn Avenue, next to the train station and covers the Subway sandwich shop and adjacent auto repair shop site.
The proposal was originally for a multi-story office building over ground floor retail with underground parking.
Reduced parking may be a consideration, given that the state of California has banned a city required parking minimum on the site.
Note that the meeting will be this coming Thursday at 6PM, rather than at our regular meeting time.
