OMVNA hosts Mountain View City Council Candidate Forum

To all interested parties,

The Old Mountain View Neighborhood Association will host their Mountain View City Council Candidate Forum this year as a Zoom Webinar. The forum will be held Wednesday, September 30, 2020, 7-8:30PM.

The forum will feature all nine city council candidates.  Our newsletter editor, Susan Bickford will manage the Zoom meeting and keep the timer for the questions. OMVNA Chair David Lewis and Vice Chair Robert Cox will ask the questions to the council candidates. Other than these three hosts and the council candidates, attendees will not be visible, but they will be able to interact through the Zoom Q&A feature.

The questions will be drawn from the OMVNA steering committee, people who have e-mailed in questions in advance of the webinar, and from the Q&A window in Zoom. If we you would like to submit a question for consideration in advance of the webinar, please send it to Chair David Lewis (carolanddavidlewis@gmail.com) and/or  Vice Chair Robert Cox (robert.cox@intel.com) by 5PM Friday, September 25.

Please register in advance for the webinar.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.

The webinar will be limited to 100 attendees, so register now! The webinar will be recorded so that those who could not attend may view it later.

Many thanks to Susan Bickford for setting up the webinar!  Looking forward to your attending!

Robert Cox, Vice Chair, Old Mountain View Neighborhood Association Vice Chair and City Council Forum Subcommittee Chair
