August 24 – OMVNA Ice Cream Social and General Meeting

October 16 – OMVNA Candidate Forum and General Meeting (including OMVNA elections)

Thursday Night Live is Back!
After last summer's successful pilot, this year will see Castro Street closed from Villa to Mercy on July 3, August 7 and September 4th to form a pedestrian mall. Featuring live music, a mini farmer's market and street stands from merchants and restaurants lining Castro, this event is a great way to socialize with your neighbors and have fun playing where you live -- in Old Mountain View. So walk on down and join the fun. And bring along your unneeded used eyeglasses to drop off at the Mountain View Lions table. They will be cleaned, sorted and redistributed around the world to people who can't otherwise afford eyeglasses.
